What should I do if my order is incorrect/missing or faulty?

Please contact us at kuddles.sg@gmail.com within 5 days upon receiving the package, with the following information:

• Order Number #xxx
• Clear photo of defective/incorrect item 
• Clearly state the issue of concern

Please ensure that product is still in original packaging and tags for it to be eligible for the return.
