My order consist of a backorder/made-to-order(BO/MTO) item, and also an instock item. When will I receive my order?

By default, your order will be shipped out together when the backorder/made-to-order item is ready.

If you require the instock items in your order to be shipped out first, kindly reach out to us. Do note that there will be extra shipping fee* chargeable.

*Extra shipping fee chargeable:

• BO/MTO items (below $60) + instock items (below $60) = Total Order (below $60)
• Shipped order out together = one time $4 shipping fee
• Shipped instocks & BO/PO separately = $4 shipping fee x 2

• BO/MTO items (above $60) + instock items (below $60) = Total Order (above $60)
• Shipped order out together = Free standard shipping fee
• Shipped instocks & BO/PO separately = one time $4 shipping fee 

• BO/MTO items (below $60) + instock items (above $60) = Total Order (above $60)
• Shipped order out together = Free standard shipping fee
• Shipped instocks & BO/PO separately = one time $4 shipping fee 

• BO/MTO items (above $60) + instock items (above $60) = Total Order (above $60)
